Aug 13, 2014 · With bolt out, Unscrew safety and insert "C" tool and screw safety down until it compresses the internal spring. Then, unwind the whole assembly out. LEAVE THE "C" TOOL in place while cleaning the part. Re-screw the assembly in and unscrew the safty and the wrench will fall out. Done.
