About 1.5 weeks ago, my Nest Doorbell camera went offline. The green light is still on it and the doorbell doesnt chime. There is no ring light around the button either. I've done all the trouble shooting to include cutting the power to it for 10 seconds and also trying to factory reset it.Before we get into details, we did the compatibility check and should be good to go there.
