Not many people put forged parts in stock block so its hard to say, swapping everything over to a built block would definitely be easier and safer, but may be more expensive if youre doing the work. The fa20 out of the BRZ can handle around 600whp with forged internals but they have a different compression ratio than the fa20DIT in the wrx.

Some bone stock trucks have blown their HG's and I know of some running over 400 rwhp on factory head bolts with no issues. Truckless .As said detonation is the killer. Built several claimer dirt mod motors with them. 500-575hp spinning 6800-7200rpm, but that was on methanol. One thing to remember is that they require a larger end gap on the top ring. I would wager most of us here (>51%) use the higher HP between 2500 - 6000 RPM.
