My tool is different than the guy in the video. But I set the injector seat tool down on top of injector making sure the bottom piece of tool was on the neck near bottom of injector. Then I cross referenced with injector 2 and it was the same setting. Both were flush. Just now noticed ledges higher one was slightly over other was slightly under.

When adjusting the injector, the low part of the step should be below the top deck surface of the tool and the high step part of the stem should be above the top deck surface of the tool.
